Ratna Verma
Apart from being a bikini athlete, Steadfast Athlete Ratna Verma has many other interesting facets to her personality. She’s an educator who has been teaching pre-school toddlers for the last 11 years, a qualified lawyer who has worked in corporate, a qualified yoga teacher, and above all, an excellent runner with over 11 years of experience. The athletic journey of this multi-talented woman began with her desire to look slim in her teenage years. Since then (1987), till date, gymming has been an essential part of her life. Ratna started running in 2010, and went on to win countless competitions in various parts of the country, establishing herself as one of the best in the field. Now, at the age of 50, the Steadfast Athlete has decided to challenge herself to become a bikini bodybuilder. She has already won gold at NPC Jagraon, and is aiming for more.
