I was looking for optimum carbo+electrolyte drink to carry in my flask in the running vest so that I dont have to juggle between Gels and Electrolytes on the run. The Steadfast Snergy seems like an ideal candidate and I have tested this out on my long runs (30K or so) and it works like a charm! Now to field test it on Race day at TMM 25!

This keeps me hydrated even in the winter.

The orange flavour is awesome and it keeps me active.

I now use Snergy for all 25+km runs as a replacement for energy gels. It’s gentle on the gut, tastes good and doesn’t let me bonk.

May be a different flavour will help as I tend to hate oranges after my long runs ;)
