Steadfast Athlete Gaurav Kumar Sharma has been closely associated with bodybuilding since 2004, taking his and his clients’ performance to the next level. An engineer by profession, Gaurav continues to play the sport even after he started working full-time in 2010.
Gaurav’s official journey as an athlete began in 2014 when he participated in two district-level bodybuilding competitions. He was motivated to compete as a bodybuilder after watching Mr Olympia, which became his dream. As the season ended, he felt he could do much better and took his preparation to the next level. He developed his physique and bounced back in 2019 with four back-to-back wins.
Gaurav also played cricket at the state and national level during his school days. A shoulder injury forced him to discontinue, and he shifted his focus to bodybuilding.
Gaurav’s long-term goal is to compete at Mr Olympia in the Men’s Physique category.
